Since graduating from Arts Ed (BA Acting) recent theatre work has included: ‘Beth’ in A Date To Remember (director: Steve Marmion, Soho Theatre), ‘Chris’ in Dancing At Lughnasa (Bill Kenwright – national tour), ‘Emma’ in Betrayal and ‘Viola’ in Twelfth Night (Pleasance, London), ‘Isabella’ (Measure For Measure) and ‘Ophelia’ (Hamlet) both for Raw Nerve (London and national tour), ‘Polly Sweeney’ in Trevor Griffiths’ premiere of Willie And Maud (director: Trevor Griffiths), ‘Cathos’ in Two Precious Maidens Ridiculed (King’s Head), ‘Persephone/Porph’ in Charlotte Jones’ Airswimming for Glassy Essence, ‘Constance Chatterley’ (Lady Chatterley’s Lover) for Bookshop Theatre; National Theatre Studio includes: ‘Lady Fidget’ in The Country Wife (director: Laurence Boswell) and new writing (director: Mick Gordon).  Film and television includes: The Comic Strip Presents… (Channel 4), ‘Sandra’ in Sandra’s Story – Covent Garden Stories, ‘Charley’ in A World After (feature – 1085 Films), The Bill (TalkbackThames), ‘Vi’ in Dusa, Fish, Stas And Vi (BBC, director: Jonathan Wright Miller).  Radio and voice-over work includes: Woman’s Hour (BBC Radio 4), ‘Ailsa’ in Ailsa And The Moon (Blue Moon Productions) and narration for a number of documentaries (BAFTA and RTS Award nominated) for BBC, Channel 4 and TeachersTV.  As director:Desire Lines by Ian Rowlands.  Leigh is co-artistic director of glassy essence and a founder member of The Collective.
